When registering, register your family unit together. For the first adult, be sure to select "Primary Attendee". For any adults after that, select "Secondary Attendee". Cancellation & Refund Policy
Whenever a refund happens, we keep $15 to cover the transaction fees; the remainder is refunded. If you cancel before three weeks of the first day of the conference, you will be refunded everything but the deposit. If you cancel within three weeks, or do not show, there will be NO refund.
